How It Works
Rent in three steps

Book online and choose your gear
Choose your collection method (hotel delivery or in-store pick-up), your rental dates and gear type, and complete the booking online. The system reserves stock in your chosen sizes.

Hotel delivery or in-store pick-up
If you choose hotel delivery, a member of staff delivers to your hotel or guesthouse front desk the day before check-in, free of charge. If you choose in-store pick-up, visit the Asahikawa counter during opening hours to try things on and confirm sizes.

Ski, then return your gear
After your trip, hotel-delivery gear is collected from your hotel front desk on the morning of check-out; in-store gear is returned to the same counter by the agreed time.
